Precision Surveying, Inc. is a full service land surveying firm located in Smithfield, RI. We offer the full spectrum of surveying and land planning services to a long list of clients throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Our client base ranges from homeowners to large land development firms. PSI was incorporated in 1996 with the following goal: to provide our clients with the highest quality work at a price that is within their budget yet in a timely manner. We believe that we have achieved this goal and strive to improve ourselves with every project.

Ronald N. Tubman, PLS, our president and resident professional land surveyor has been surveying since 1986, gaining experience with two small surveying firms in RI and MA while acquiring the education needed for professional licensure in both states.

Once licensed, Ron decided to open PSI as a way to have a closer relationship with the clients and keep them involved with their project at a level that was not always achieved elsewhere.

Over a decade later PSI is still providing high quality work to our clients with the same level of dedication to our clients.
